A university in Bologna, Italy has 12,000 students on its course to study ice cream. The Gelato University has attracted potential ice-cream-making from all over the world. There seems to be a big to learn the art of creating real Italian ice cream. The $1,140-a-week course includes and accommodation. It teaches everything a budding gelato needs to know.
