The Reading / Listening - Level 0

The Ebola virus is getting worse. So far, 468 people died. It is the biggest Ebola outbreak ever. Most deaths are in Guinea, where the outbreak started. People also died in other countries. Eleven countries are meeting in Ghana. They want to stop people from dying.

The World Health Organization (WHO) wants to stop the virus. It wants countries to work together. Trade between African countries can spread the virus. The WHO said we need "a strong response", especially in border areas. Ebola kills around 90 per cent of people who get it. There is no vaccine or cure for it.
